Verbal Street Fighting / 900 block Channel Drive — Thursday, October 15, 19:51 hours

Subject and a victim were called in as subjects fighting in the street. Upon arrival of law enforcement, they were both detained and both acknowledged a verbal altercation but claimed no physical contact. Upon further questioning, subject was arrested and was booked on 243(e)(1) PC (Domestic Battery). The victim became disturbed and had to be taken away by her parents. 

Transient Camps / Lookout Park — Thursday, October 15, 09:30 hours

Deputies contacted subject on the railroad tracks just west of Lookout Park after complaints of a transient setting up a camp. Subject had a no bail felony warrant. He was placed under arrest and booked.

ER Testing Request / 900 block La Paz Road — Friday, October 16, 21:46 hours

SBCH ER staff reported the victim had come to the ER looking to be tested. The victim declined to report the incident to law enforcement and ER staff called as a mandated reporter. I contacted the victim who declined to speak with me about the incident.
