A Montecito resident was driving by the Montecito Union School when an SUV approached from behind, activated bright white lights and requested over a loudspeaker that the subject pull over. Subject complied. A white male exited the SUV wearing light brown clothing (non-tactical) and told the driver he appeared to be swerving. The SUV driver identified himself as an employee of “POST.” The POST Alarm System Supervisor in charge of overseeing the Montecito area was contacted. He agreed to conduct an investigation.
