Bettina Turns 8

Bettina is celebrating its 8th anniversary at the Montecito Country Mart, October 28 through November 1. They posted on their Instagram, “Almost 8 years in the pizza making!! Very excited for our anni coming up on October 28th! As usual we’ll be running our clam pie, along with other specials, starting 10/28 through 11/1.

We’re leaning into some Italian classics this year with grilled oysters, wings, lasagna, tiramisu and thin/crispy pies. Pizzas and wings available lunch and dinner. Oysters and lasagna dinner only. Clam pie will also be available at our sis @tinaspizza.sb all week, all day. Resis available now at Bettina – Xoxox”

And early last week, Bettina’s Chef Chris aka @sadisticshark appeared on the first episode of the L.A. show, POV with Chef televised on “Saucy Television.” He demoed creating a Margarita pie from dough to crust, courtesy of Gozney | Outdoor Pizza Ovens at The Benjamin in Hollywood.
