The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara Hosts Jason Pu, HUD Region IX Administrator

The Housing Authority of the City of Santa Barbara put on a host visit and tour with HUD Region IX Administrator, Jason Pu, former San Gabriel City Councilmember who was appointed by President Joe Biden to serve as Regional Administrator for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Region IX, which covers areas of Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Guam, American Samoa and the Mariana Islands. Pu’s role is key in leading a distribution of funds for housing assistance and will oversee field offices to ensure that local communities benefit directly from HUD funding and related programs.
