By the Beach in Montecito

The beach area in Montecito is bordered to the north by the 101 freeway, and to the south by the ocean, making it easy to define. While areas on the other side of the 101 are also just a few blocks to the beach, it’s this area south of the 101 that often commands top dollar, with recent sales in the $6-million+ and $11-million+ range. Oceanfront cottages, view condos, and townhomes sell in the multiple millions as well.
