Intimacy coach and sensuality/creativity workshop leader Lisa Citore – who is also the founder of Anima, Theater of the Feminine Underground, which has its next installment at the Center Stage Theater in early February – leads Healing Body Shame – Awakening Body Wisdom 7-9 pm on Friday, January 24, at Yoga Soup. The Self-Love Ritual for women creates a safe, intentional space to employ guided somatic meditation, mindful movement, body-loving practices and group sharing and witnessing to create a new year’s ritual to unwind the energy of shame in self and in the collective feminine. The aim is to unleash the quantum healing, awakening, and lasting change that becomes possible when it happens at the body level.
